LUX PHOTO PRO S.à r.l.-S offers professional photo and video services, including but not limited to event coverage, product photography, commercial filming, and related production and editing services. We provide both digital and, where applicable, physical deliverables.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A written agreement and/or invoice will outline specific service terms, deliverables, deadlines, and pricing. Payment terms will be specified per project. We do not offer recurring or subscription-based services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing, cancellation fees may apply. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Refunds are issued only under conditions clearly described in the individual service agreement.

5. Delivery of Work

We aim to deliver all content (digital files or physical items) within the timeframe agreed upon. Delays due to force majeure or client-side issues (e.g., lack of cooperation, missing information) are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of LUX PHOTO PRO S.à r.l.-S unless otherwise agreed. Usage rights (commercial, personal, editorial) will be outlined in your service agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter related to the services provided will be limited to the amount paid for that service.

9. Governing Law
