Production Guidelines

1. Production Philosophy

Lux Photo Pro operates as a professional creative production company with clearly defined standards, workflows, and artistic direction.

We do not function as an execution-only service or a task-based vendor.
We operate as a creative authority and production partner, responsible for both the technical and artistic outcome of each project.

All work is produced within a structured framework that ensures:

  • consistency of visual quality
  • efficiency of production processes
  • alignment between concept and final delivery

Our approach is based on industry-standard production practices used in leading European and US markets, where creative direction, execution, and post-production are treated as a unified system.

Clients engage Lux Photo Pro not only for execution, but for:

  • visual expertise
  • aesthetic judgment
  • production management

All deliverables reflect the studio’s artistic identity, technical standards, and interpretation of the agreed concept.

2. Creative Direction & Approval

Each project includes an optional pre-production phase designed to define and align all key creative and technical elements before execution.

This phase may include:

  • concept development
  • moodboard creation
  • visual references
  • shot list
  • lighting and styling direction
  • format and platform considerations

Approval Process

When pre-production materials are reviewed and approved by the client:

→ The project is executed in strict alignment with the approved direction
→ Post-production is based on the agreed visual language

Fast Execution / Skipped Pre-Production

In cases where:

  • the client requests a fast turnaround
  • pre-production is reduced or skipped
  • references are not clearly defined in advance

Creative direction is fully led by Lux Photo Pro

All artistic and stylistic decisions are made internally by the production team

Final results are not subject to reinterpretation based on new or evolving preferences after delivery

References & Visual Alignment

Clients may provide references to guide the visual direction.

However:

  • references must be submitted before the start of editing
  • references are used as guidance, not as a requirement for replication

Requests to adjust the final result based on references submitted after post-production has begun may be considered additional work.

3. Production Levels

Lux Photo Pro operates with a defined production tier system.
These levels establish a clear framework for quality, complexity, and scope of work.
