1. Studio Rental
The studio is available for short-term rental for photo and video shoots.
The renter is fully responsible for the studio, equipment, and all participants during the rental period.
Rental Time
Rental time starts and ends according to the booking
Setup and cleanup are included in the booked time
Shooting must finish 5 minutes before the end of the session
Number of People
Standard pricing includes up to 5 people
Additional charges apply for larger groups
2. Equipment & Studio
- Studio equipment is available for use during rental
- Only the studio manager may move or change paper backgrounds
- Lighting, modifiers, and equipment setup must be requested from the manager
- Additional equipment may be provided upon request
- Any damage must be reported immediately
3. General Studio Use
- Personal belongings must be stored in the changing/relax area
- Clothing must be placed on the clothing rail
- Only clean footwear is allowed (studio shoes available if needed)
- Drinks are available in the studio
- Behind-the-scenes filming is available upon request
4. Music & Social Media
- Tag: @lux.photo.studio when posting content (we love to reposte your content)
- Bluetooth speaker available (ACTON III)
- Volume must remain at a reasonable level
5. Studio Conduct
- The studio must be left clean after use
- Shooting must end 5 minutes before the booking ends
- Food & drinks allowed only in makeup/changing area and kitchenette
- No smoking inside or near the building
- No alcohol or illegal substances
- Pets only with prior approval
- Security cameras operate in the studio space
6. Balcony Rules
- No smoking
- No loud behaviour
- No climbing, leaning, or unsafe actions
- No throwing objects
- No equipment or storage on balconies
The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow these rules.
7. Safety, Damage & Insurance (Mandatory)
- All equipment and furniture must be handled with care
- Any damage must be reported immediately
- The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused
Clients must have liability insurance covering:
- equipment damage
- property damage
- third-party harm
If insurance is not provided, the renter agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs in full.
8. Age & Legal Responsibility
- The renter must verify the age of all models and participants
- Minors require parental consent
- The studio reserves the right to stop the session if rules are violated
9. Directions & Access Responsibility
- The renter must ensure all participants know how to find the studio and access the entrance
- If someone cannot locate the entrance, the renter is responsible for assisting them
